Author's Guidelines

Welcome to the submission portal for ‘Journal of Convergence in Technology and Management: Global Nexus’. Below are the detailed guidelines for authors submitting their manuscripts to ensure a smooth and efficient review process.

Submission Process

  1. Manuscript Preparation: Prepare your manuscript according to the guidelines outlined below. Ensure all sections are complete and adhere to the specified format.
  2. Online Submission: Submit your manuscript through our online submission system. You will need to create an account or log in if you already have one.
  3. Peer Review: All submissions undergo a rigorous peer review process. Please be patient as this can take several weeks.
  4. Revisions: If revisions are requested, you will have a specified period to make necessary changes and resubmit.

Title Page and Abstract

TITLE PAGE

The title page should include:

  • Title: A concise and informative title.
  • Authors: Full names of all authors, with corresponding author marked with an asterisk (*).
  • Affiliations: Institutional affiliations of all authors.
  • Corresponding Author: Contact information, including email address.
  • Keywords: Up to six keywords relevant to the article.

Abstract

  • Length: 200-250 words.
  • Structure: The abstract should be structured with the following headings:
    • Background: Context or background for the study.
    • Objective: Main purpose of the study.
    • Methods: Brief description of the methods used.
    • Results: Key findings.
    • Conclusion: Principal conclusion and implications.

  • Introduction: Introduce the topic, provide background, and state the purpose of the study.
  • Literature Review: Examine the previous and current research on the selected topic or research area
  • Methods: Detailed description of the study design, data collection, and analysis procedures.
  • Discussion: Interpret the results, discuss their implications, and relate them to existing knowledge.
  • Conclusion: Summarize the main findings and their potential impact.

The title page should include:

  1. Primary Heading (Level 1): Bold, left-aligned.
  2. Secondary Heading (Level 2): Italicized, left-aligned.
  3. Tertiary Heading (Level 3): Underlined, left-aligned.

Abbreviations

  • First Use: Spell out the term in full on first use followed by the abbreviation in parentheses.
  • Consistency: Use the abbreviation consistently throughout the manuscript.

References

  • Citation Style: Follow the IEEE/APA.
  • In-Text Citations: Use author-date format for in-text citations.
  • Reference List: List all references at the end of the manuscript in alphabetical order.
  • Include all authors, publication year, title, journal name, volume, issue, and page numbers.

Tables and Figures

  • Tables: Should be placed at the end of the manuscript or in separate files. Include a title above each table and any necessary notes below
    • Format: Number tables consecutively (Table 1, Table 2, etc.). Use a clear and consistent format.
  • Figures: Should be high-resolution and submitted as separate files. Include captions below each figure.
    • Format: Number figures consecutively (Figure 1, Figure 2, etc.). Ensure figures are clear and legible.

  • Ethical Considerations: Authors must ensure that their research complies with ethical standards.
  • Conflict of Interest: Disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
  • Funding: Acknowledge all sources of funding for the research
